Can you still get Hepatitis b even if you were fully vaccinated?

NO! Hepatitis B vaccine consists of three different injections over a period of time. Antibody production during the first shot is 90%. That is how effective they are. The second injection produces 99% of the antibodies. If you indeed get three shots...you will not contract Hepatitis B!!!!!
