Question on braces & moving?!?

I currently live in Boise Idaho & I'm going back to Cali. The only thing stopping me is my braces. If I go back to Cali does that mean I have to get my braces taken off? My parents are staying up here ,while I go back. Is there any way I can live down there but keep my braces n maybe they can transfer paperwork down there n I can go to an ortho down there. I'm really confused & need to know asap. Thanks.
