Water "pricks" on my laptop lcd screen?

ive had my laptop for a little while now, about 4 months, and Ive noticed what looks like teeny tiny drops of water on my screen, i can easily wipe them away with a lint-free cloth but they seem to reappear, And I don't know what to do.
