Should you let a Heineken Keg settle before drinking?

I saw a supermarket selling a 5L keg of Heineken, and thought this would be great to buy to take to a party, however, I've heard you have to chill the kegs and leave them to settle for some time before drinking. Is this true for the Heineken keg?
