Ladies, have you ever been in a relationship that was emotionally "draining" ?

Emotionally draining situations are not only the abusive ones. There are relationships with selfish and non-caring individuals that should be avoided as a plague by everyone. There are also people unable to communicate in respectful manner, feel compion for someone other than themselves and emotionally unreachable for whatever reason individuals that should never attempt any relationships with other people to avoid causing pain and heartbreak. However, if and when you end up in the messy nonsensical struggle for survival with someone who does not care if you live or die, walking away is the only chance you get to save your soul so you could get a chance at happiness with a normal partner some day. The problem is that many females stuck in emotionally draining relationships have a deep-seated knowledge that they do not deserve better cirstances. And that knowledge basically stops them from doing anything about it.
