2003 Audi A4 Diagnostic Message?

Just recently after running the self-diagnostics in my Audi A4 a light keeps coming up. The light is a "MPH" with a 1 next to it. It has a circle around it all and it seems that when I accelerate there a high pitched beeb for a half second. I don't have my owners manual and am wondering what this error light means?
