No. I think they are turing against a political machine that isn't working. Blame cannot be put on one person. Every senator and congressman that held up the "insurance reform bill" (sorry, I can't call it Health care reform) has to take their share of the blame. Independent voters want their representatives to listen to them not the party bigwigs or the PAC's.
