Conversion better than torture?

now it has come to light that the female aid worker that was killed by the taliban vermin for preaching christianity.should instead of water boarding,sleep deprivation and prolonged interrogation be changed to "conversion".surround this s in gitmo.with priests,cardinals,bishops,popes,hindus and Buddhists,maybe a few rabbis and "convert" them.this they seem to fear most.as religion is only a "belief"' and not a fact, it should not be considered torture.perhaps it will also get them away from their current savage,barbaric and murderous "belief" they now hold.preferably introduce a few atheists to convert all of the above and maybe solve 90% of the worlds problems.any takers?
