In Oklahoma, who can arrest a deadbeat parent for whom a contempt citation/warrant has been issued?

Generally, I understand that only a peace offer may arrest a person for whom a warrant has been issued. (Exception:wanted felon sought by bounty hunter/bail bondsman). So how can a private citizen, bounty hunter, or PI take a party into custody on a warrant issued for contempt in relation to a child support case? Would one merely detain & transport the party to the nearest peace officer? Can the Court ign the warrant to someone other than a peace officer? What about the possibility of one doing this, then being charged with impersonating an officer, or kidnapping, false arrest, or similar issues? Please include Oklahoma case info or statute(s) to support your opinion. THANKS!
