Is a tide of ugliness and cruelty ungulfing the British people?

Before new labour lied its way to power, the people of Britain used to champion the cause against animal cruelty all around the world. Yet every body is strangely quiet about the cruel and unacceptably barbaric! practise of Halal.....WHY?. I even tried to talk to an R.S.P.C.A collector who stated, WE ,at the R.S.P.C.A, do not involve our selves in politics? I asked, what exactly is political about hanging an animal up by its legs, slitting its throat, and watching it die a long terrifying agonised death....is that not extreme animal cruelty....He didn't want the debate. Neither do the R.S.P.C.A when you ask the question over the phone. And what i find even more sinister, is that All animal cruelty organisations are strangely quiet about it....even the British people themselves don't seem to like the debate either. I wonder why that is?
