Major wisdom teeth problems. They are growing in through the roof of my mouth. ?

I thought my throat was sore earlier today, but then i looked in the mirror and saw these two red lumps towards the roof of my mouth out of my tooth line. I felt it and it was really hard! as if it were a tooth and its on both sides, and its the size of a tooth. My dentist about a year ago told me i needed to get them out, but just recently i moved out of my parents home and got taken of my health insurance. I dont know what to do about it! Im freaking out. I cant afford the surgery and neither can my father. Especially if they really are coming in through my hard pallet. I looked online and it said i would probly have to go to some special surgeon to get this taken care of and its expensive! But i cant just let this go untreated because i read it causes major problems, especially to my health and other teeth. I dont know what to do. Please help!
