Texas lemon law?

Can someone please tell me what I have to do to apply for the Texas lemon law...please do not direct me to a webb site just tell me the procedures please, and do I need an atty ?? Chrystler 300....there is a recall on the cup plug that retains the automatic transmission parking pawl anchor shaft on about 253,000 which they say may be improperly installed of the above vehicles meaning the 2005-2006 (LX) Chrystler 300 and dodge magnum also and my vin number pulled up and they are saying "it is not a problem " car still slipping and jerks Other problem..I have spoken to four other people and they say their Chrystler does the same thing. Dealer ship says nothing wrong with car. I have been there several times...car still acting up. Car under full warrenty still and has extended warrenty, I am fed up !!!!
