I'm 47, female, i have known this since about 10.?

ok, i was wondering about the cost of m2f surgery, where it's done. i live in n.s.w. just south from sydney. i lived a female life after school which was murder as i had to hide everything, my hormones weren't normal for a 'male' and that made things worse to live. i had no friends, couldn't mix or go to clubs without thinking people are staring at you. i have gone through depression many times (on anti depressants now), even thought of doing myself in - why was i born this way? i detest still having male even if they are tiny and useless otherwise, they are still there. i'm satisfied with development. can anyone help me? i am a pensioner too - damaged spine.
