I have sent notice to my husband for divorce but he has not responded to it what shall i do?

Exactly, go ahead with the divorce which now will be a contested one as hes going to fight you on everything if he even shows up which he may not. The only problem here is youll get the divorce with all your demands but iof you cant find him, then youre still responsible for those bills unfortunately. Hopefully you cancelled anything with his name on it or any card hes carrying. You can even sue him in court for money owed you but if hes gone into hiding it still wont do you any good. File whatever you need with the Police or courts via your attorney against him here so hopefully he will get caught and be a man and own up to his responsibility here, probably doubtful but one can always hope. Now after the divorce and taken that he didnt show so all the bills become yours, think about filing bankruptcy to get out from under these debts and able to start anew, just an idea here. File and start moving on. Good luck
