In the best-selling book "The God Delusion"; Is Dawkins description of God from the OLD TESTAMENT accurate?

Dawkin's was a troubled child, that was packed of to boarding school. He See's God as a Father figure and is rebelling, that's it the rest is right on one thing He is delusional about God. Very sad.
