Why do all men think all women are bad drivers?

I think it's something that originated before the ping of the 19th amendment to attempt to fool men into thinking that women are indeed inferior. It might've also been used on women to make them feel that if they can't do something as simple as driving a car well then they don't deserve the privilege to vote.
