Why is the term "ignorant" limited to christians only? Since when are atheists and other religions so tolerant

and open-minded? I'm sure there are plenty that are phobic/etc... I dislike these questions that are filled with generalizations about christians..Is it so impossible to fathom that there are christians who are not phobic/etc?
